Phospholutions Trade Show Product Giveaway
1. Sponsor
The Promotion is sponsored by Phospholutions, Inc.,
101 Innovation Blvd., Suite 206, State College, PA 16803 (“Sponsor”).
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 8:00 AM CST February 23, 2026 andends at 5:00 PM CST February 27, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). All entries must bereceived during the Promotion Period to be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the UnitedStates (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, itsaffiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, advertising and promotionagencies, and their immediate family members or household members are noteligible.
Void where prohibited by law.
4. How to Enter – No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase willnot increase your chances of winning.
To enter, eligible participants must complete the officialgiveaway sign-up in person at a Phospholutions booth at one of the followingevents:

To enter without attending, mail a 3x5 card with your name,address, and email to Sponsor’s address above, postmarked by February 27, 2026.
Limit one (1) entry per person per event. Multiple entrieswill result in disqualification.
Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or submittedthrough unauthorized means will be disqualified.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
RhizoSorb product sufficient to treat up to forty (40) acres
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): up to $3,000 USD, includingproduct and standard freight
Prize includes standard freight to an eligible locationwithin the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec, Alaska, and Hawaii).
Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and nosubstitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reservesthe right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Winneris responsible for compliance with all local laws regarding productapplication.
6. Drawing & Odds
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from alleligible entries received.
The drawing will be held on Monday, March 2, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligibleentries received.
7. Winner Notification & Verification
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phoneusing the contact information provided at entry.
The winner must respond within ten (10) calendar days ofnotification to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeitureand selection of an alternate winner.
Canadian winners must correctly answer a time-limitedskill-testing mathematical question as a condition of winning.
Winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavitof Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where permitted by law, a PublicityRelease.
8. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state,provincial, and local taxes associated with receipt or use of the prize.
For U.S. winners, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 forthe ARV of the prize as required by law.
9. Product Use & Compliance
Prize product must be used in accordance with all labeldirections, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws.
Sponsor makes no guarantees regarding agronomic performance,yield results, or economic outcomes.
10. Marketing Consent
By entering, participants consent to receive marketing andpromotional communications from Phospholutions. Participants may opt out ofmarketing communications at any time.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutesconsent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, business name, city/state orprovince, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes withoutadditional compensation.
12. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete,inaccurate, or misdirected entries, or for technical or human error.
By participating, entrants release Sponsor and itsaffiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion oruse of the prize.
13. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify thePromotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’sreasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all mattersrelated to the Promotion.
14. Governing Law
The Promotion is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth ofPennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
